1. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure a consistent and secure checkout experience, MosstoUSA accepts payments exclusively through PayPal. You do not necessarily need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. We accept the following through the PayPal gateway:
- PayPal Balance
- Linked Bank Accounts
- Major Debit and Credit Cards (via PayPal Guest Checkout)
If you prefer to pay with a card without creating an account, simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal login page to use the Guest Checkout feature.
2. When Your Card Is Charged
Because our apparel is made-to-order, your payment is processed immediately at the time of checkout. This allows us to send your order into production right away. When you click “Pay Now,” you may see a pending authorization on your statement; this is a temporary hold that confirms funds are available before the final charge is settled by PayPal.
3. Secure Payment Processing
Your security is our priority. All transactions are handled by PayPal, a lead processor that is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission. Please note that MosstoUSA does not see or store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
4. Billing Details & Fraud Protection
For your protection, PayPal performs automatic Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks. If there is a discrepancy between your billing address and the information on file with your bank, PayPal may place a temporary hold on the transaction. We may contact you to verify details before proceeding with production to ensure the order is authorized.
5. Currency & Taxes
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For customers located in states where we are required to collect sales tax, the appropriate amount will be calculated and clearly displayed in your order total before you finalize your payment.
6. Refunds
Any approved refunds are issued directly back to the original PayPal account or the specific card used through PayPal. Once we trigger a refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on how you originally paid:
- PayPal Balance: Usually reflects within 24 hours.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Payment Issues or Disputes
If your payment fails, please check that your billing information matches your payment method or try a different card within the PayPal gateway. In the event of a duplicate charge, please contact us at support@mosstousa.com immediately so we can investigate and resolve the error before a formal dispute is necessary.
8. Recurring / Subscription Payments
MosstoUSA does not offer subscription services or recurring billing. Every purchase on our site is a one-time transaction for the specific items you have ordered.
9. Third-Party Payment Services
We do not currently accept other third-party payment services such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Apple Pay. All transactions must be completed through the PayPal interface to ensure security and order accuracy.
10. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling
We encourage customers to reach out to us directly at support@mosstousa.com with any order concerns. Filing a chargeback or dispute through PayPal before contacting our support team can delay the resolution process. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution based on our established policies.
11. Refund Timing vs Payment Timing
While payments are captured instantly to begin the made-to-order production process, refunds follow the banking system’s standard timelines. We process approved refunds promptly, but we cannot control the speed at which your financial institution releases the funds back to your statement.
12. Deposits / Partial Payments
We require full payment at the time of purchase. We do not accept deposits or partial payments for our apparel products.
13. Authorization Hold Explanation
An authorization hold is a practice used by banks to ensure you have sufficient funds. This is not a charge and usually disappears within a few business days. If you cancel an order within the allowed 24-hour window, this hold will be released, though it may take a few days for your bank to update your balance.
14. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy
This payment policy covers the methods and security of your transaction. However, the eligibility for any refund or replacement is strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy to understand our rules for made-to-order items and defective products.
