At MosstoUSA, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, shipping costs, and what to expect if issues occur during delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order to ensure quality and accurate design printing.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
Processing time begins after payment is successfully completed and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order is processed, it will be shipped using standard shipping services.
  • Estimated transit time: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on every order
  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside the USA

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before the order enters production.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is confirmed lost by the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist you according to our policies.
